Well, I guess after a week away again, I'm just back down to where I was before I left. I know it's not back to where I was before I went on vacation at the beginning of September, but you know what? That's okay!

I have also caught a TV show on Twist TV (for me) a couple of Sunday mornings and it's quite interesting. It's called Too Fat for 15. It's a show about overweight teens at Wellsprings Acadamy (kinda like a Summer camp environment), and their focus on eating healthy and exercise. I'm looking at the kids and thinking that could/should have been me! If you've been oveweight your whole life, it's an interesting show to watch.

So today's my day of the week to actually go 5K. Since it's raining out, I'll have to do it on the Treadmill. That's okay, it's more challenging that way anyways. It might sound silly, but it's more challenging on the treadmill because I put the treadmill on an incline of 1 or 2, so it's like I'm always going up a slight grade. Since the 5K I'm doing is super flat, it's going to make the run that much easier!
273.4 lb Lost so far: 65.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it is terribly sad to see fat children and much sadness they go through, I was a little overweight when I was 11-13 I actually remember making fun of myself before anyone else did, so was the funny fat girl. But you know you don't feel funny inside you just feel sad. Anyhow you are doing well with your exercise, that is where I need to improve.
