Success in life is a matter, not so much of talent or opportunity, as of concentration and perseverance.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.

You can because you believe you can!

So I did some motivational labels and put them on lollipops for the students that I am teaching about accounting stuff so they can write the Core Knowledge Exam in January. The above are some of the motivational quotes I put on the Lollipops. I didn't really notice until today, how much they also apply to weight loss. Definitely things I need to remember.

So yesterday I did 5K on the treadmill, I'm still not running it all, but running is getting easier... I suppose I'm still going to be running intervals when I get to the 16th, but that's okay. My personal goal is to be under 1 hour. My friend says that's super easy, but of course she's like 3-4 inches taller than me, and her steps are much longer than mine, so I still think while it's an achievable goal, it's one I'm going to have to work hard to do!

You are doing those things. Most success is a matter of increments, of the little things we do each day that add up. Or, in this case subtract down.
