difficult time over holidays but back into the zone
203.7 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I've seen quite a few people who said the same thing. The six weeks between Thanksgiving and New Years will not outdo the remaining 10 months.

I am back in the zone, it is very quick for me to be strict and stay away from temptation. Watch this space as your comment (and I take it as a good motivation) is great.
