Good morning all,

I am amazed with how well everything is going. A month in and down 12 lbs! The thing that is the most astounding to me is how I feel! I have so much energy! I am sleeping better then ever and my skin looks amazing in tone and texture. I know I dont talk a ton on here but I'm on ever day & I enjoy watching all of your journey's and love the enthusiasm!
173.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
