still drinking water,eating to much of wrong foods. sugars are getting better running around 200 upon rising. trying to eat less carbs and starting to nt eat anything white
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
