Within a matter of days I dropped 5 lbs. I sure hope I can keep them off :)
My first mini goal is to drop 15 lbs and two dress sizes by October 27th. Any tips are much appreciated!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't cheat and don't give up. And if you do cheat, get right back on the wagon immediately afterward!

That is really encouraging to hear!!! I hope all the success from everyone else will give me that boost I need. I feel ok body wise, but I'd like to see the scale tell me something good, lol. It will though and if you keep up all the hard work, you'll be able to do it girl! Just keep that goal in mind everyday and say out loud that you are going to weigh "set amount" by Oct. 27th. Sometimes I feel like a weird-O but you have to speak things into exsistance and if you put good out there, it'll come back just as if you feed yourself positive encouragement ... then positive will come back out!!! Don't know if this makes sense to you or not .. but I'm rooting for ya!
