Just heard on one of my favorite radio stations.....100 minutes of non-stop music. Seems when I want to hoop is when they have 20 minutes of commercials.......I don't do any of that new radio stuff.....
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
