1676 kcal Fat: 28.56g | Prot: 106.01g | Carb: 262.35g.   Breakfast: Cultured Fat Free Buttermilk, brown sugar, canola oil, skim milk, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, old oatmeal, Whole Wheat Graham Flour. Lunch: light cherry yogurt great value, deli select oven roasted turkey, veggie straws, nature's own bagel thins. Dinner: turkey chili, apple, blackeye peas. Snacks/Other: shrimp, whole wheat bagel, Zone Perfect Almond Raisin, lightly frosted shredded wheat. more...
