Week 3:
Pretty good week. I had a "first" 10Km run on Saturday with moderate pace (6'20"/Km). I felt some pain in my hip which become stronger after the run.
Related to the diet I managed to stay inside the limits imposed by the Atkins. In average the calorie intake was about 1000 per day and the deficit about 17600 for the whole week. My calculated weight loss should have been 2.5 Kg, whereas the measured one was 2.4 Kg. So pretty close this time.
This coming week is going to be the most difficult one due to Christmas meals and activities. If I do well this week, it shouldn't be a problem to meet induction phase goals.
216.9 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
