Iam working on staying away from fast food places so far is working,my belt is tell me about my progress I had to move it down 2 notches to keep my pans in place, I started reading the SBD book sujested by a friend it has some good ideas that can help me in my eating habits.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
