I went to a health food store yesturday got some Ezekiel bread and some english muffins and some other heathy stuff I have been eatting too healthy in the last four months I stell have taste for the lard I used to eat so far I have been able to stay away from it.

This week was very bad for my loosing weigh we had people over for lunch couple times, my refrigerator is pack with a lot of leftovers like ham, hot dogs wrap in bacon few dips [sour cream crap] am goin to bring it to work my coworkers can eat anything just like I use to do it myself not long ego., I was starving myself at work all this week just to loose some weigh I know this is not a healthy way I need to find some healthy snaks to provide me with proteins and sugars just to keep my engine going trough out the day I have been reading a few books on diets am been picking ideas here and there I just can not be in any diet because I will lie to myself just don't have the will power to folllow trough so all am doing for now is trying to eat a little healthy no more junk food so far is working, now my new challenge is going to my sister's on new years day eating all day long she is a great cook, all I have say very much it is up to me

Hi. I never have been in any diet so there will be times when I will eat to much but my heart is set to loose weight am starting to feel good physicaly I hope some day to say I FEEL REALY GREAT., last week it was extremaly bad at work I was on call after hours for the week my phone never stopped ringing,no heats,frozen pipes busted pipes a lot of overtime but Iam very tierd I need to relax now in four weeks I go back on call., anyway I feel good not carriend the extra pounds am more energetic less tierd in my book am not eating as much junk food as I was.

This week I went to a lunch on saturday BB Ribs oning rings { fryed] I love BB Ribs just dont know when to stop eating them, sunday I had to go to a lunch [mandatory] to one of the great Italian restaurant here at northen Illinois, I had chicken but wrap on cheese with great souce to top off we had a family style desert five different cakes., The first of the year will be an other feast, we get tougher at my sister house there is no way to skip food even before dinner starts this is an all day event, If anyboby will say [today] Iam in diet you will be out of the family circle., I hope someday I can reach my goal.
