didn't weigh in today kind of forgot,sugars are usually 230 in mornings, havnt been getting any exsercise still drinking 8 glasses of water and eating two veg aday could do better on that.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
