the challeng ended on the 19th of this month lost 3 pounds. drank my water every day last 10 days did not walk at all or eat 2 veg. aday. felt sick due to weather. will start a new challenge. sugars are at around 200 in mornings still need to be improved.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
