We lost our hockey game last night 7-4 (was 5-4 with 1 minute left and they scored 2 empty net goals). I felt SUPER skating. I had not seen my teammates in 2 weeks and the first thing they said when I walked into the locker room is "Beertruck, you lose weight ? Your face looks thinner". That made me very happy :)

287.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
