relatively good week because I didn't over indulge during the weekend
191.1 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1996 kcal Fat: 76.71g | Prot: 82.17g | Carb: 265.34g.   Breakfast: Hatherwood Black Currant Jam, Midi Croissant Zuccherato, Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Aia Dakota di Suino, Cooked Lentils, Boiled Sweetpotato (without Peel, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pears. Dinner: Co-Op Edam Cheese Slices, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Persimmon, Laschinger Łosoś Atlantycki. Snacks/Other: Pink Lady Apples, Lidl Ekwador, Dried Prune, Bananas. more...
