Terrible week for my diet. The weekend started on Thursday dining out with friends and continued until Sunday evening and a bottle of wine.
Just realised it's not the booze but the munchies I get when drinking.
Moral of this, keep off the booze so I can resist nibbling.
Still made some progress through.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
