Up two pounds, down one inch since last weigh in. I'm feeling stronger and clothes are fitting looser, however I'm concerned about the weight gain. Dr. Oz would say not to worry about it as long as I'm eating the right foods.... I'm eating well but next week I'll scrutinize how much I am eating. I may not be stopping as soon as I should at meals..

My past two weekly challenges went very well. Week one challenge was eating after 8pm. I'm no longer eating after my 8pm cutoff time, I ended up pushing dinner a little later than usual, which keeps me satisfied until bedtime. Week 2 challenge was getting up to work out before work. I've been trying to do this for years! It's so much easier to stay in bed and tell myself I'll do it when I get home. Even with the best of intentions, I know I skip more workouts in the afternoon because things come up, errands must be run after work, etc. So I'm thrilled to say that this week, I got up early enough for a 60-minute workout 4 out of the 5 days! woohoo! It wasn't easy. Every morning I had the same argument with myself, but once I got up and walked around a little I felt wide awake and ready to go! Next week I'm shooting for 5/5 days.

It sounds like you are doing amazing. Don't let the scales be your only judge of success. by the time you get to your goal weight, you will be much smaller (because of exercise) than someone at the same weight who doesn't exercise. Keep up the good work!

Way to Go! You are doing great! Your dedication is there. Remember muscle is heavier than fat. So focus on how you feel and meeting your goals not the number.
