watching what I eat counting calories, reducing portion sizes... net result 2.7 kg lost in week 1
236.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1465 kcal Fat: 25.50g | Prot: 54.04g | Carb: 255.44g.   Breakfast: Aldi Skimmed Milk, Kellogg's Sugar Puffs. Lunch: Muller Fruit Corner Yoghurt with Strawberry (Pot), Batchelors Golden Savoury Rice, Chicken Breast. Dinner: Apples, Pear, Orange, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Snacks/Other: Cadbury Crunchie (Treat Size), Twix Miniatures, Bronte Golden Crunch Biscuits. more...
