I lost a bit more, getting obsessed with calorie counting but that's not a bad thing
235.9 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1628 kcal Fat: 29.71g | Prot: 94.24g | Carb: 237.73g.   Breakfast: Aldi Skimmed Milk, Kellogg's Sugar Puffs. Lunch: Muller Fruit Corner Yoghurt with Strawberry (Pot), White Bread, Aldi Breaded Ham. Dinner: Asda Smart Price Chopped Tinned Tomatoes, Onions, Basmati Rice (Cooked), Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: McVitie's Jaffa Cakes. more...
