Day 16 of 2nd 6 weeks, 141.8lb, bf 38.1%, keto tr, tbw 42.7, visc f 8/0, musc mass 83.4, bone mass 4,4lb, 2001/50, 45 min level 5 elipticle.

Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken, blue cheese dressing and diet coke, dinner, almonds, choc chip granola bar atkins, and diet coke.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Getting harder to get out of bed to exersize--I'm looking forward to the day when I can back off just a bit (I think that point is 5lb under goal--not sure yet though.)
