Girl you ate pizza for breakfast. I used to do that. If you wanna stop eating so much get some measuring cups. I treat my body now as if I had gastric bypass. Everything I eat is in small portions. When shopping read every label to check the calorie intake. Wheat grains are good. Wheat bread, wheat pasta, even wheat wraps. Special k ceral in the morning with silk milk feels you up great. Water only. Soft drinks arent good while dieting. Dont salt your foid because you will carry alot of water. Snacking twice a dat. Once in the afternoon and once at bedtime. special k bars are a good snacl, along with yogurt or fruit. You need to get your body on a schedule. Try to eat at the sametimes everyday. I used to feel like I was out of control. I even ate when I wasnt hungry. Its almost been a week and ive adjusted quit well. Your trying to lise weight no store extra calories away.
