Did 4.01miles on the Eliptical/Stepper Machine.
Burning 446calories
in 47minutes---Could have gone longer but didn't want to leave my daughter in the babysitting room too long.

My weight is not dropping as fast as I want it to though. I've working out every day and keeping my calories below the recommended amount. But at least its dropping and not going up!

134.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When working out so much, you're probably building muscle tissue and losing fat tissue at the same time; hence the slower than expected weight loss. I personally try to keep my daily carb intake between 60 and 80g and keep my protein intake high. Be sure to include your rest days too to let your muscles recoop! :) Keep up the great work!!

Thank you! Great point about the carb & protein intake. I do need to watch that because I just eat what I want (in smaller portions)...and its not the healthiest of choices!
