Day 15 of second 6 wks, 142.6lb, 37.7%bf, keto sm, tbw 43%, visc fat 8/0, musc mass 84.2, Bone mass 4.6lb, 2018/50, weights one hour upper and lower.

Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch diet coke and salad w chicken, dinner smoked ham, pickles, blue cheese dressing.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I AM detailed this time. I am sort of doing a 'study' on my body. For some reason, I am able to be very consistent with my diet and exersize so I will be able to tell at what exersize level and what carb level I can maintain my weight and body fat percentage. I am appreciating my attitude since I usually struggle greatly with consistency. My scale gives me all these numbers so I figure I will be able to look at my intake and weight loss or gain and see what my body needs. I also have a 'no kidding' attitude this time. It would be nice if I can be this consistent until goal. Thanks for the encouragement!
