I am a bit discouraged, although I am losing, it is a very slow process, but, I also believe that when you are small to begin with and don't need to lose as much, it takes a lot more exercise, calorie watching, just a lot more time, sometimes I get impatient with myself, with the slow progress.
109.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I really wish you were logging your food intake completely every day...there is just no way to give you any insight without that. You are right about it taking longer when you are only in need of losing a little, compared to those who have a lot to lose...but still your body should be able to switch over to fat burning if followed correctly. Start logging... will send you a buddy request! Hang in there.

You can do this!! I am not doing low carb, but I was in that same place just about a week ago. I actually had not been working out as much and eating more junk, then one morning I did my workout and I was like, oh yeah, I do this because it makes me feel good about myself and for me with the exercise comes trying to make better eating choices. It is slow, but you will reach your goal. Just focus on what you are doing and see how much better you feel physically and mentally when you are eating better and exercising. Don't stress about doing the right things for yourself, you should be proud of yourself for taking the steps to be healthy.
