I am still having the same problem, I can't seem to leave the candy alone. As far as watching my carbs I feel I am doing pretty well, the thing I need to change would be to eat healthier snacks that are low carb.

I did pretty well as far as eating low carb, but, I did eat chocolates almost every evening. They are sugar free/low carb chocolates. I noticed when I don't eat them, I lose weight. You ould think I would learn from that. I want to get in to a few pairs of pants that are only a pound or two away, so I will try harder next week.

I eat pretty much the same thing every day, I also drink 96 oz. of water/day. But, I still am having the same problem of putting sugar free candy in my mouth almost nightly and that must be the reason I do not lose weight the way I want to, the way I should be. I don't eat a boat load of candy but enough to keep me from losing the weight I want to lose.

I had a so, so week. On one hand I go to the store and see all of the things I want to eat for the Hoidays and on the other hand, when I follow what I am supposed to be doing, I feel very proud of myself, otherwise, I feel like a schmuck if I don't follow what I am supposed to be doing. I ask myslef every night, is this worth it? Stuffing this in my mouth, when all I will have to do is lose it after the Holiday's? No it is not worth it, but, I do it anyway. I will learn at some point, my hope is that it is not to late.
