So I avoided the scale all week like it was a snake, and when I got on it today there was a 2.4 lbs weight loss! Yay! I feel like I've been eating like a pig, but the scale is moving in the right direction...

I wonder sometimes if the way I eat is an eating disorder? There are days when I don't eat at all... Most days I only eat one meal... being 150 lbs over weight you certainly can't tell from looking at me...

When I have blood work though it shows, calcium, magnisium, pottassium, and protein levels always really low compared to "normal" but my numbers have always been low...and Doctors just give me pottassium supplements and don't pay any attention to the other values...

So if you're not purging, just fasting (skipping meals), and the occasional binge, (can't keep certain sweets in the house) Does that add up to an eating disorder?
250.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know if you have an eating disorder, but it does sound like you have some problems with food (a lot o fus do). I have red light foods I can't keep in the house. Lack of certain vitamins can affect us though. I would do some googing and see what the effects are. Maybe your body is telling you something.
