YAY! My weight had gone back up to 187 and I have had to work on getting my choices back in line and getting a better grip on the lower carbs/1200 calorie thingy. The weight has been slowly coming back off. Almost 4 weeks to show another pound lost. (It was actually 5 pounds!) I've not had any baked goods, no sweets, no candy since August--never thought I'd say that! It makes shopping easier---I just walk past it--"can't have that".
