I've been on Atkins for two weeks now and lost seven pounds, woo hoo!! That takes off the whole seven pounds I gained the month before :/ so now I'm starting even. I'm staying on induction.

yay! I'm hoping to do the same. today is day 8, I lost 4 the first week. I'm hoping to have a repeat and that would take me back to where I was in April. crazy how our rollercoasters are.
