Busy weekend. Worked most of the weekend and when I wasn't working, I was cleaning house, cooking for this week, or doing homework. The weekend just flew by. Still not following the diet very well. Luckily, my weight is maintaining at 192 with is only 2 lbs from my lowest. When I have time, I need to incorporate some new exercises but right now I just don't have the energy. That sounds bad.
I am ok with my weight at 192. I want it to be lower but I can't be upset since I am only halfway following the diet. I will do my best everyday this week.
B - fiberone with LF soy milk and turkey bacon L - Mexican soup D - tuna and cucumbers

I gained almost 5 pounds over the weekend but am hoping to fix that and go even further down in the next week. You're good, minor fluctuations are to be expected.
