No change in weight. I cheated yesterday. I had biscuits and bacon (real bacon). I found that I like trukey bacon better. The biscuits were so good though. Today is a new day and biscuits aren't soooo bad just kinda bad.

B - egg sandwich (used all natural whole grain bread with nuts)
L - salad with mexican soup
D - tuna wrapped in a whole grain tortilla with spinach leaves and tomato

Workout - 20 mins for 1.05 mi. Had to be at work early but got up at 5a so I could squeeze this in.

Wow, good job getting up early to squeeze in your workout that is true dedication! I wish we didn't have to call it "cheating". Anyway, you're doing great.

Sometimes you just have to get those cravings out of your system, I think it's a good thing. Keep up the good work!
