GD! I just can't get past 131! I am still so happy to have gotten so far. 3 mos ago I would have called you a liar to suggest I could get past 140. So here I am . Just scarfed a huge oat bar and mocha ice blended. Not good. Poor planning and self destructive tendency creeping in. Tried to justify it because we are going whale watching today and I have to eat something so I can take the motion sickness meds. Could have had a greek yogurt but noooo, I had to have 600 cals worth of fat and sugar. Felt sick immediately.

Back to whale watching. I am so excited-told all my customers, that the office was at an "off site seminar". We are all going. It's a 3 hr cruise-hah. Blue whales are back again and I am hoping to see them up close and personal. I will cry.

131.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like fun!!! Well not the scarfing too many calories and feeling queasy but the whale watching part. Relax. Not on your taking care of yourself but in the "magic" 130. It is going to happen. Probably even lower. You have lost a bunch in a very short period of time. Be kind to your body and your mind and they will be kind to you!! Thanks for the comment too ... very helpful.

I think the scale will say 129 instead. Too cool about the whale watching. Wish I were going. it would make me cry too. There is something very intersting about you thinking you couldn't get below 140 and here you are!!!!
