First google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain. If you increase or change your regular workout, your muscles can retain water which can show on the scale as a gain, small loss or no loss. It is temporary and goes away. The important thing with weight loss is to stay consistent. You don't always see the results of this week till next week or later.

Don't give up! I'm with Suzi, keep doing what you're doing and next week the scale may be different. I'm horrible at throwing my hands up and saying "well I may as well just eat junk if I'm not going to lose" but we can't give up. The scale isn't the only thing in life either, doing the exercise and eating better is good for your health, so keep up with your routine and I'm sure you'll see results. It may just take some time.
