i truly don't believe it. i don't know what scales to believe. last week at yesenia's i weighed myself at 152. there is no way that i could have gained that much in a week. i'm so disappointed in myself if it's true. time to get back on track.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

scales can be calibrated differently, so every scale you step on may give you a different result. Always use the same, same clothes, same time and same day to get the most accurate gauge for weight loss.

i wonder if it has to be placed on a flat surface, and not on tile? yesi's scale, and mine, seem to bump my weight up too. you look good either way! i doubt you gained it back.

the scale is lying! theres no way your that much! you were wearing heavy clothes and the scale was on a carpet thats why it was probably off! Your doing great! :) go julie!

i forgot to mention i weighed myself at the nurses office at work, on an official scale. so maybe ive been this big all along...

You need to weigh yourself on the same scale in the same spot around the same time each time you weigh in. Also, with little to no clothing. First thing in the morning if possible. That will give you the most accurate reading.

i'm asking for a WW scale for christmas! i was just weirded out because i really didn't think i ate that much over thanksgiving, and if it's a scale at a drs. office i'm sure it's correct. although i was wearing my work uniform. in any case i'm really trying this week to rectify the holiday damage.
