Started 4:3 diet on Sept 19. I was 201 Lbs. First week was hard. Settled in nicely. I was surprised how quickly my body adapted to fasting. The food days I am eating healthy. Going for a long run tonight to see if any performance changes. I have 50k coming up on Oct 17.
