Started fat secret back in 2013. Got down to 183lbs calorie counting. By January 2015 back up to 203lbs. Keeping the weight off is hard. I am an ultra runner, in my best interests to stay lean. But I like to eat! Recently been experiencing bad leg cramps while racing. I am now on 4:3 diet and aiming for 180lbs - I can do this!

Walking Tips
Find a local park with change in terrain, hills will raise your metabolism. Wear a back pack and stuff it to 10 lbs, over time increase to 30 lbs if you can handle it. Go barefoot on grass or sand. If you are in a city add a building with flight of stairs. Take a skipping rope and every 5 or 10 minutes do a bit of skipping. Find a walking group and chat, talking and walking ups your metabolism. How do I fit in more calories
Ok. Kick in the butt coming. Lower your RDI to 1500. Track your exercise daily even if you do nothing, just add 1 hour of housework, that will register your daily activity. Enter your meal plans daily, do not miss a day and try to enter the next day. You have to use this site to the max to benefit. And if you're not hungry that's great!

What happened to Perrier - it dissappeared from the Food Journal
You can add any food you want if you have the Nutrition Facts Label. Works great, I've been adding all my favorite foods. From the food search screen look near the bottom and click on "add food".
