13 mile run Thursday, 7 mile run Friday, 6 mile run today. 6500' vertical, broke fast on Friday to stay energized. Will finish of the week tomorrow with a 6 mile run to reach my goal of 30 miles this week.

BMI: 24.8,25.0
Mus: 35.0,36.7
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
