Race went well. Finished in 5hrs 53min. No major muscle aches or pains. Nutrition plan worked great, broke fast last week to fuel up.

Big race this Sat in Tennessee - Pinnacle mtn 50k. Throat sore today. Hoping it doesn't get worse. No running this week in prep for race.

13 mile run Thursday, 7 mile run Friday, 6 mile run today. 6500' vertical, broke fast on Friday to stay energized. Will finish of the week tomorrow with a 6 mile run to reach my goal of 30 miles this week.
