I was inspired by the 4 Hour Body book. I've tried carbless diets before, and failed miserably. After reading the book, I was able to see why I failed. I no longer think it is an impossible situation, and I am preparing myself (and my pantry) to get back on this horse.

Planning to begin on October 5th, a Monday as is recommended. I might even get my husband to join me. He seems almost convinced.
I will probably make a go of it without the supplements for now, because they are rather expensive, especially for 2.
300.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Wow! I'm so glad you are ready to dedicate your best effort to getting healthy and having more energy now. Your past history shows you have had good losses before. No it is not easy, but so very worthwhile. You deserve to see how good you can feel. Taking good care of your self is a great way to model that for your daughter. I look forward to cheering your successes.
