Well I got to enjoy my big break thru of 204,for all of 24 hours.
I havw been 205 since 8-13, well here I go bounce up again. Okay time to start another day of tring!!! here I go.....
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
