A nice surprise on the scale this morning, 144 lbs. Looking back over the last two months, I feel really good about the changes in my diet that I've put in place. I really don't miss all the processed bread, and since I've allowed myself a night or day off every now and then, it hasn't been hard to follow the SBD "reasonably well." Having reached my goal, I think I'll continue to eat as I have been and don't foresee adding in more calories, unless I manage to fit regular, aerobic exercise into my routine, which I've had a hard time doing so far. I really appreciate all the kind words of support that people on this site have offered. It's helped!
