Well, weight loss has slowed way down. A little disappointed but considering that I havent been under 170 for quite a long time I'm happy. I havent been drinking my water like I should be so I'm gonna kick that up a notch and hope that between that and being able to do more when exercising it should start coming off faster. I also know that I definitely feel better and healthier already. I am so happy that I started this. My mini goal right now is to reach 159. I havent been that since 2 years ago. 10 more pounds. I told my hubby that when I reach that Im gonna go buy a new outfit. Anyways, here's to another smashing few days!

It can be frustrating, but the main thing is how you are feeling- You are doing great and I know you can reach your goal!

You're doing just fine, keep up the good work. I know too, it can get VERY frustrating, but just remember how great you are starting to feel and what a healthier choice you have made. You can do this....
