The last 2 weeks have been hard on the diet. I drank way too much this past weekend (Labor Day weekend) and ate nothing but garbage. To add to my woes I tweaked my back playing tennis and I'm gimpy now.

I will definitely straighten it out this week. I need to be eating at home more anyway to save money.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
