I hadn't weighed myself in 35 days, so I didn't quite know what to expect. I was pretty surprised because I figured the stress of moving and then eating out so much would've affected my loss, but that doesn't seem to be the case. This is just proof that Atkins works and is worth it if you stick with it. I've lost 68 lbs since I've started Atkins and I'm almost to a healthy bmi so I am pretty excited. See you again next week!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
