almost thought about not weighing...Knew I had had a bad week...need to regroup and get a new start....so many temptations....I am weak...Dr apt this week....to see how my numbers are
207.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been bad too this week. I think it is contagious. We are not the only ones. Just have to adjust my attitude and go at it again!
