Well made it through the long weekend Ok so that's good. I'm actually on my 4th day of quitting smoking was afraid all I would want to do is eat, but really haven't had much of an appetite. Feels good to still be moving in the right direction and meeting my 5lb a month loss goal.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Fantastic health choice! Good for you quitting nicotine.

Just one minute at a time with the nicotine.....it's a tough one.....I got thru it with cherry twizzlers......best to do without them....but a lot better than the nicotine....
