A tiny weight gain today - still in the "aftermath of spike day" Saturday. Give it a couple of days and the weight should start coming off again. :)
Life is good.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 132.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
