Still feeling a little weak. I knew I was going to lose something from this stomach virus. I'll be glad when I feel better.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you'll be feeling better later. There will probably be a bit of rebound on your weight when you start eating properly again. We tend to lose a bit of water weight when we have stomach upsets of any kind, and then regain it afterwards, so don't worry about this. You will have lost a bit of fat as well ☺
