plateau? my intake/output numbers suggest it should have been a pound drop instead of a half pound gain, but I had a lot of carbs over the weekend, as well as a higher caloric intake than my target for most of the week. of course the scale also read 222.6 at one point, but I took the first and highest reading because a three pound drop seemed less realistic
226.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
