It's been frustrating. I do the same thing every week and never know if my weight will be up or down. I am trying not to stress about the scale and just concentrate on my healthier habits.
207.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

Change it up Girl,, your body gets tired of the same old thing ,, walk a different route,, eat different food ... research your plan and find something different to do . You got this don't get discouraged . Do your Homework
