I still haven't lost any weight, but at least the scale isn't climbing anymore. Golf was canceled today and I am having lunch with friends. Maybe I will go shopping and get a good walk in. It is supposed to rain all day. Tomorrow will be a lot better, but I golf on Wednesday. Good news! Bowling starts Thursday night!
172.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
